Too small

This pillow is too small and otherwise I would like and recommend it. Just don’t know why it is so small. I am not talking about the height. I recommend the pro low pillow with cooling instead.

I bought a new neck pillow to replace one I had had for a number of years. The new one is the same excellent quality I expect.

Emotional Support Pillow

I have been sleeping on the contour pillows by Tempur Pedic for over twenty years. I bring my pillow with me wherever I go because I know I will sleep soundly with it. It provides so much support for my neck. I am very grateful for the large size contour pillow as I am athletically built and require more support.

Hard as a rock and non-returnable (Don't buy)

I am so disappointed in this pillow. I have used and rebought this same pillow for at least 20 years. A good reason in itself not to buy is they won't return it. Most companies stand behind their products. I bought this pillow with confidence that it was the same, but it definitely is not. I will never buy from this company again. (PS. I rarely do reviews-but hate to see others totally waste a good amount of money.)

I am a small person in the bend on the pillow is too great. It is also way too hard for me. I would’ve returned it, except I had cut the tags off as I was so confidant in the brand.

Pillow cover problem

I’m aside sleeper. First 10 minutes of laying my head down hurt my face. The firm pillow had no give. I took pillow case off and it was very comfortable. It felt like my old Tempur neck pillow. Please redo pillow cover size to fit your current product and send me one. I would not recommend this product as is now.

This is my third pillow of this style from tempur-pedic but they have changed the material and firmness of the pillow. I like a firm pillow and so does my husband but these are beyond firm and rock hard. Completely unusable and they won’t accept returns.
