picture is great but underwhelmed with remote. it does not have a pause button and it is not backlit. when I turn the tv on it defaults to LG home screen, I cannot override this so it will open on my cable channel. I shouldn't have to play around with an unnecessary step after turning it on. You can do better. I did not receive this product at a discounted price. I paid full price.

Hey there! We can only imagine how this must feel. We wanted to let you know that the circle in the center of the remote moves like a cursor that functions as a pause button. We've also included a link to allow for auto-start to your favorite device. ^Gaby
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the TV. The remote is way too complicated. Would like to have two remotes. One for everyday & one for setting up the TV. Can't recommend it enough.
I've been wanting this TV for two years and it was the last version. I finally bought it and couldn't be happier. The picture is stunning and the features are amazing. I can't think of one negative.
The picture quality is amazingly sharp; much better than the previous "smart" TV it replaced. Installation was a breeze with the clear instructions provided.
TV is fine and has many new features. However, the remote is difficult to learn. It has been frustrating. The user guide is not helpful. I am under pressure to return the TV, but would like help with the remote.
