I'm extremely happy with the picture quality. The sound is somewhat discouraging. The volume will change up and down even within the same sound bite. Different loudness between channels. I have to adjust the volume all the time while watching the TV.

Available apps are very limited. Because of this, we cannot use LG's remote and OS. We ended up using this TV as a monitor only. We are using an Amazon Fire Stick and a Yamaha receiver to watch TV and provide 5-channel sound. TV only outputs 2-channel stereo.
Lousy remote. Mouse pointer has a mind of its own. Everyone I know that has an LG remote hates it.
