We enjoy our new TV. It is reliable and has great picture. Sound could be better. Only thing we dislike is the Magic Wand remote. It is worthless. Not easy to use. Center button rolls when you try to press it, activating the magic wand. This remote is difficult to use, and should have to ability to deactivate magic wand, and another remote should be made available at not charge.

I'm still getting used to the vivid colors that I was not used to seeing before. All colors are very distinctive from each other (no bleeding or blurring) and blacks are really black, so it looks very nice and crisp. Great Picture Needs More Features for the Price

Picture is excellent and TV seems to work well with most streaming apps, although, sometimes the Hulu app for live TV has some issues. The major drawbacks are: for a TV at this price the remote should be backlit and it is not, and the owners manual is sorely lacking in detail. To do everything you need to set up the TV, except for the most basic case, you will have to go research on the Internet. I also purchased at the same time the 77" in the same as the this TV. The goods and bads are identical.
