Had it for 3 weeks. The worst OS and menu EVER. The remote is soooooo small I hit two button (because they are so close together) when I only want to hit ONE.
I have a computer nerd and LG owner across the street from my house. It took him 65, that's sixty five minutes, to get the local OTA channels scanned in.
That stupid pointer on the remote is lousy -- moves tooooo fast & doesn't point where I want it.

Hard to use for older people without tech skills

I get screen savers and other questions and I have to go to the home screen twice to shut it off. I googled how to fix this and they suggested changing it on settings but I can’t find settings on the screen.

You can find the LG power button at the bottom of the LG OLED TV, under the LG Logo then hold the button until the TV turns off and repeat to turn on. ~Rita

The image is outstanding although the sound is weak and flat. This is not material because anyone buying this tv will pair it with a nice surround system. Works great with Sonos. The app set covers everything from Netflix to Amazon Video to YT. The apps work smoothly and fast, comparable to Roku (no need for Roku her).The LG channels are very good and they keep adding more. Worth browsing. I researched a lot before buying it and this is by far the best tv today. Period. It delivers as promised and more. Worth the money.
