Does not last long

For a pro laminator, this thing sure has issues. We owned ours for 6 months and it will not pull the sheets in any longer. Been through several brands of refills, checked the laminator input tray, nothing. It should not started out negative. When it worked, it worked very well. I just would have expected thks to last longer than 6 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would Not Purchase/Recommend for Purchase

I bought this almost two months ago, and I wish I hadn't. Within 2 weeks of purchase, the machine refused to load in the laminating pouch. Occasionally, the machine leaves air bubbles and parts of the paper are not laminated. When the machine works, it does a great job, but it has not been functioning properly more and more frequently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wont shut off

We bought the laminator a week ago. Used it once and laminated 3 sheets and went to use it today and the laminator started running immediately as if the auto-shutoff detected a sheet. Ran two sheets through and they laminated fine, but the machine would not stop running.

Random Shut Off

I've typically enjoyed using this product in my classroom. Recently, I was using it and it shut off without warning mid-way through laminating something. I unplugged it and let it cool off before trying to use it again and it would not turn on.

Not heating up

I first opened it today. Tried using it but it won’t heat up. Green “ready” button krypton blinking for more than 20 minutes without hearing. On/off button was not responding at all. Tried to turn it off by unplugging from the outlet and a few more attempts with no luck. Total waste of time and money!

Waste of money

We bought this for my wife’s classroom and used it a few times and this morning the thin metal wire came out with the laminated sheet. After some research I found out it is on the rollers. Waste of money to only be able to use it a few times. Not happy at all.

Loved it the first time I used it! Then it died.

This is kept on my office shelf. I absolutely loved it the first time I used it!! The feeding tray is perfect, the sheets fed quickly and smooth, and it was such an improvement over the previous laminator I owned. I was so happy I spent the extra money to get a PRO edition laminator. But then the next time I plugged it in to use, the blinking ready light came on and I fed the pouch and sheet through the machine and it came out cold and not laminated. I tried a different outlet in the building but the machine will not heat up or power on, and it's no longer laminating--so sad!
