does not last

I recently (like only a month ago) purchased this laminator to replace the last scotch laminator I had and it is already doing exactly what the other one started doing. It will laminate several pages and then the next one, it won't pull it through. This is the 2nd scotch pro that has done this. Apparently I should I read the reviews before purchasing the first one last summer. Extremely disappointed! As a teacher on a small budget, this is unacceptable to have to replace so often.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just bought and won’t turn on

I just got the laminator today and was so excited. Turned it on and began to laminate for my classroom project. Mid-way through a sheet, it shut off with no warning. I unplugged it. Let it cool completely and then tried again. Will not turn on at all and it’s my first use. Very disappointed.

Disappointed

I bought this laminator a month or so ago, went to use it yesterday and the (green ready light) per instructions never has come on. The machine has not heated up. Won’t laminate anything. Total waste of money. Can’t find anything on troubleshooting and followed the directions perfectly. I’ve tried numerous times and waited until it shut off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ready light never come on

Bought 3 month ago and never used. Should have at least tried it. Today first day of school I plug in to use and the ready light never come on, it has been over an hour of waiting. With cover open then closed, then open again. And nothing. Don't waste your money and time.

Very Disappointed

I bought this product in September of 2018. It stopped working in January of 2019. It heats up, if it even turns on. I wait for the “Ready” light to turn green. A sheet goes part way through the laminator and the laminator shuts off. This happens whether it’s the first sheet or the fifth. So disappointed.

WORKED ONCE AND STOPPED LOOKS NICE

I bought the Pro Thermal Laminator 2 months ago and was only able to use it one time. I have never been able to get the laminator to turn on again. I am very dissapointed with this product. I do however like the look of the product and if it were to work properly it would be a beneficial asset in my office.

Stops working after a few months

I wish I'd read the reviews on this before purchasing. We used this less than 20 times and it suddenly stopped working half way through laminating. I was able to turn it on and finish the page, but now it wont turn on at all. So disappointing.

I bought this laminator back at the end of April and it suddenly stopped working today. I plugged it into various outlets to check but it won't turn on at all. Worked great until now but I'm greatly disappointed it only lasted 2 months.
