The fact that you can’t unload a cocked crossbow without having to shoot it is a real inconvenience.

Crossbows have been that way for since the beginning of their design until just a few years ago. We have a variety of models that do uncock now, the RDX400 is just not one of them.

first reverse draw crossbow i've ever shot

a friend of mine owns an RDX 400, we were shooting our crossbows together and he let me try his. I have an older wicked ridge but his was much smoother shooting and not as noisy as mine. I am thinking of buying a reverse draw now. Very accurate and lightweight.

Very hunter friendly crossbow

Light, well balanced, compact, fast and most importantly QUIET. Using 431.5 gr. Bolt @ 380.5 FPS = 138.75 ft/lbs K/E. Also it is very accurate. Great hunting tool.
