One of the fastest crossbows I’ve owned

This crossbow lives up to its name WICKED RIDGE. It is that wicked. The kinetic energy is awesome. The arrows that came with it will be the same ones I hunt with. Zeroing it in took about 4 shots. Now I have to shoot at different places on the target. Can’t wait to get out in the woods with it. I would highly recommend it. Especially the acu draw. Having a shoulder injury this has allowed me to get back into bow hunting

Three arrow quiver is junk ordered six arrow quiver it is too high priced and no way to attach the the sling on ordered rangemaster scope and one of the caps won’t stay tight for the money you pay you would think you would get better equipment my first rdx only lasted 2 weeks had to send back sent me a new bow

Disappointed that the string broke at both cams on only the 4th shot. It is fixed and I’ve shot 15 or so bolts without any issue. Hopefully this continues.

Basic Hard Hitting Value

Let's face it, crossbows are as expensive as a good hunting rifle, and sometimes a bit more. The RDX 400 is truly a working mans crossbow at a darn good price. Just don't be stupid and use mechanical broad heads. At 400 FPS mechanical broad heads get bent and twisted to the point on non-functionality after one shot hitting bone. Stick with fixed blades and you will be stunned by the speed and power. Complete pass-throughs are the norm. Use premium shafts and accuracy is under 2" at 50 yds. The narrow width of the reverse limbs makes silent creeping through the pines possible. That's everything I need to bring home the bacon, or venison.

I hunt public land and it’s bow only so I purchase the Horton Storm RDX about 5 years ago and been laying deer down till this day. I will not use any other XBow best by far.
