This is a great all around crossbow. I harvest no less than 6 deer a year and my daughter will harvest 2-3 deer a year. If the deer is 50 yds or closer, it's in the freezer! I had this crossbow for 5 years and all I need is a new string which I purchased from ten point. Ten points reputation on standing behind its products is true. I had a issue with a wickedridge crossbow and sent to have repairs and the crossbow was returned in less than 2 weeks. Why go somewhere else? I am a loyal customer to ten point.

Limbs keep breaking

I have had this crossbow for 4 years and I have had to send it in 4 times for repairs. The limbs have broke 2 times. The laminate was splitting and the pulleys were out of sync. The last time the limb broke it was in the back seat of my truck while driving home after a morning hunt right in the middle of peak rut. I would have given it 1 star but the crossbow did come with a lifetime warranty and customer service was good. Crossbow is accurate and fast but I am not sure how safe it can be with the limb problems I have been having. They had me switch to a different bolt and I still had limbs break or split.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I will admit.... i did have issues with this bow in the beginning but ten points customer service is like no other. Been loyal for over 10 year. 5 year warranty and they had me back up in a week or two during archery. Hands down the best customer service i know or. Looked at the ravins. Ten point is crippling them. 5 stars

Im comfortable with heart shots at 50-60 yds. Ten points customers service is unreal. Been over 10 years loyal plan to stay loyal. Ravins dont have nothin to offer but broken strings. Know of 3 that spent the money

Second Wicked Ridge that I've owned. The RDX 400 is the best of the two. Extremely accurate and pretty easy to operate. I recommend the RDX for anyone that is a ppassionet deer hunter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This RDX 400 has been a game changer for me. Its speed and narrow profile have been great in a tree stand and ground blinds. I’ve really enjoyed target shooting this bow at extended ranges and enjoyed several successful hunts with this crossbow. Great product and great post-sale customer service from the Ten Point team.
