Limbs broke on me twice, both times service was excellent. Accuracy is ok, i can hit a 2" group at 30 yd. Running some Easton bolts with alpha nocks.

My RDX shoots great only giving 3 start because the string broke less than a week after getting the bow. I find it a bit ridiculous they are not covered on a brand new bow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Limbs cracked in the first two weeks. Loud shot and was not sighted in from the company. Foot plate is also way too small and you can only fit four toes in the plate. Terrible manufacturing.

I'll only give this product a 2 star rating because, The price was a little high. I did like the speed and accuracy of the RDX 400. But the fact that you have to use your outrageously priced bolts is a huge turn off. And since I'm on the subject of your bolts that I bought with the lighted nocks that when shot out of the crossbow the nocks flew out of the bolt never to be found again.

Limbs broke after 15 shots. Sent it back at my expense. ACUDRAW PRO broke after 30 shots. Tenpoint wanted the entire bow back for the ACUDRAW.... after a lengthy (heated) conversation on the phone they agreed to just replace the ACUDRAW.

After no more than 40-45 shots the right limb started coming apart shortly after cocking for a morning hunt. The limb almost completely broke near the Y before I could get it de-cocked.

The RDX 400 crossbow is a very good bow. The weight and balance with the reverse-draw configuration are excellent. The TenPoint Multi-Line scope is very clear and accurate. I am able to shoot very small shot groups at 20, 30, and 40 yards. The rope-sled draw is relatively easy to cock the bow. A great value at the price point. My one concern is the separation of the wrapping on the cables, especially at the point were the cables meet the cams. It is something to monitor. I am really looking forward to getting the bow into a tree stand this fall!
