Under whelmed

I love the versatility and functional attachments to use for this product, but the tilt head is constantly having to be readjusted so that it isn't scraping the bottom of the bowl! Also when I am mixing my dough the lock for the tilt head becomes unlocked and instantly flips up. Overall just not impressed with this product.

paint imperfection on new mixer (not refurbished)

The mixer itself is great, love the color BUT there is a small paint imperfection (burr) on the back which you can tell has been touched up. This item was new, NOT refurbished. I am trying not to look at it, but it does bother me. Seems crazy to return it for this but for the price, shouldn't be touched up.
