Such a fun idea

Still working out how best to use my 2 new little ice cream machines. 1st attempt with KAF recipe for mocha ice cream tastes wonderful but was at best soft serve after 20 minutes. That’s okay. The recipe suggested adding a couple of tablespoons Kahlua after churning is complete and before putting in the freezer to keep the ice cream from freezing rock hard. It is really good! So it’s possible my new My Mugs will be for making ice cream and then freezing for a couple hours before it’s perfect. I’m also looking forward to stirring up Chobani Greek yogurt fruit on the bottom and putting it in the My Mug for frozen yogurt soft serve. It would be ideal for that. Lots of options and looking forward to trying many different recipes!
