Cute but hard to eat out of

I loved the way the ice cream turned out but when I went to eat out of the mug the ice cream against the sides was so could I couldn’t scrape it off and was scratching the bowl. Even trying to put it into another bowl right away doesn’t work so that’s a little frustrating when I’m making a very small serving and 1/4 if it ends up on the walls.

Issue with the lid and paddle

Well I tried it today and the paddle did not clip tight into the motor and the shield did not fit tight. I had a hard time closing the shield
