I found it fun and easy to change recipes. The one given with the unit is a custard and it's much easier to make simple vanilla using online choices.

I bought it to enable me to make ice cream following keto guidelines and no additives. The actual prep was more involved than I was expecting , but the ice cream turned out great.

It’s the perfect size and easy to use and store. I didn’t want a large machine since I make ice cream for myself. I can make it sugar free with fresh ingredients. If you follow the instructions the ice cream comes out creamy.
