I haven't had a chance to use "My Mug" yet, however, I can give it 5 stars for secure packaging and shipping. I have a kitchen full of Dash Products, and I love them all, so I don't see "My Mug" being any different. Thank you Dash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The little plastic paddle definitely needs to be stronger. The bottom froze into a big block, because the paddle doesn’t reach the bottom. Definitely not a purchase I would ever do again.
