I ordered my Mug Ice Cream Maker and unfortunately it came all beaten up by the UPS truck delivery. I was so disappointed. I contacted Dash support and they sent a brand new one, carefully boxed, to me right away. They really support their product and their customers. Thank you Dash!!!!!
