Perfect summer treat - vanilla yogurt with a little honey - 45’ in the mini freezer cup with stirring - then freeze!

I do like using this Ice Cream maker, however it is a bit awkward when removing the paddle and guard after it's been used. Ice cream left on the paddle and guard make it hard to remove the machine without a bit of a mess. I have learned from trial and error to keep a large dish rag handy and an extra plate. Also I find that the bowl, even when kept in the freezer for 2 days, doesn't stay frozen very long, so to fix that issue, I have a huge shallow glass bowl I place the bowl w/paddle and guard attached to machine in this bowl and fill with ice to keep cold. But in the end the Ice cream turns out really good.
