Dash - My Mug Ice Cream Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m enjoying and loving my compact Aqua Dash Mug Ice Cream Maker which I made 1 pint of ice cream, gelato, sorbet, frozen yogurt also I included some of my custom/personal mix-ins. I’ve made some delicious frozen snack treats with the ice cream maker for my friends and family, too. It’s easy to use. The detachable motor and cover allow for fast and easy clean up and storage. It comes with recipe guide and instruction manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for my daughter to try out. She loves it! She makes sorbet with it and adds fruits to it and it is delicious. She has made ice cream also and it's delicious. Easy to use. Very well made.worth every penny

When I first read the instructions I thought it would be hard but once I did it it was very easy. The vanilla recipe was great but I googled other recipes to use. It's high quality and a great product.

Easy But Pre-Planning Required

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this product takes away the physical work out of making ice cream. It does require a bit of pre-planning, because the cup has to be put in the freezer ahead of time. I disliked that I had to keep a eye on it while it stirred the mixture. The machine isn't too loud, but its loud enough to drown out other sounds, and it gets boring staring at the machine for 18 minutes. It probably could have used a few more minutes, but it was frozen enough for me. The paddle didn't stay in the ice cream, but that's probably because it was still a little soft. I am glad I stopped the machine, because some of the ingredients were frozen solid to the bottom of the cup. I couldn't get the stuck ingredients off till I rinsed it off. I had a little trouble getting the motor and lid to come off the cup. The motor part is so big, it's hard to get a good grip on it, I also had to study the lid for a while before figuring out that I needed to push in tabs to disconnect it from the motor. The manual left that instruction out. The lid comes off easily and I like that I can wash it clean. I wish it came with a 2ed lid so I could pre-make the ice cream and store it in the freezer. Overall, I liked that it made ice cream without much effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Dash my mug ice cream maker is so much fun we can't stop using it. You can make either ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt, or gelato. My nieces and nephews are young so the sizing is perfect. All you do is freeze the base, add the ingredients, and in 20 minutes it is all ready!! Once it is ready you can serve it right in the mug so clean up is a breeze. The endless amount of healthy treats we have made is mind blowing. You will love this! Get it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice cream making machine might be little but is mighty. If you don’t get it right from the beginning, don’t give up. Give it another try and I promise you’ll be able to get yummy ice cream in the comfort of your home. It’s very convenient because I can make different flavors. But butter pecan is my favorite one.

Didn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to be able to do just once serving of ice cream when I want it. I followed their recipe and instructions. The result is a soup that I had to put in the freezer which made the ice cream solid and hard. The small vessel doesn’t stay cold enough for a long enough period of time to make the ice cream solidify even into soft serve. I had high hopes, and got let down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
