This little machine forces one to slow down and appreciate what goes into good ice cream/sorbet. It becomes a ritual almost. The long drawnn out process of putting ingredients together and then waiting.... It makes one slow down and enjoy. And if your generous you share it with someone who will appreciate a hand crafted frozen treat!
