[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture quality, and the price was amazing. The 1 thing that I don't like, and is driving me crazy, is the remote does not have a "last" button. I'm back to using my cable remote control most the time. And I probably would not do the roller ball remote again - it's very touchy - moves when you're trying to click it and you end up clicking something you didn't want.
The LG 65UR8000AUA has a breathtaking 4K Ultra HD display that brings every scene to life. The audio experience is impressive with the ability to change the different types of listening. This helped Papa, who has difficulty hearing enjoy. We just bought this 1 month ago and love it. Our daughter also bought the 55in
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our LG several months now and are still so happy with the clarity of the picture. Also, we appreciate the technical online help we received.
I brought my tv about 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. The color is very bright and crisp. It also so nice that there is a really this frame on it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 7 months ago. Nice TV. Hooked it up to a ROKU box and the internet for streaming content. The picture is great. The wand portion of the remote is sluggish and hard to pinpoint. Prefer just to step through the options. All in all, a well rounded TV and working as expected.

Alexa smart capabilities disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with Alexa smart capabilities. The only thing I can do with my Alexa echo is work the volume on my LG UR8000 50 inch TV. When I ask for any other applications such as turn TV on/off I get the response “LG TV does not support that”. I had my options down for choosing two brands of Smart TV, I think I’ve made the wrong choice. More than anything first thing in the morning I just wanted to say “ Alexa turn my TV on” and then last thing at night “Alexa turn my TV off”. I don’t think that was asking much. I have spent two days playing with getting Alexa to work for this TV registering re-registering unregistering, thin Q app, at one point Alexa app gave me an on/off capabilities within the app, once TV was turned off within the app it would not turn back on from within the app. And this only happened once when resetting and re-registering it. Also for some reason when it discovers the TV it shows two TVs within the app one said “TV” the others said “LG webOS 2023 TV”. Tried managing devices within the app to use with LG TV made no difference. guess I can look on the bright side, don’t have to pick up the remote to change volume, at least for now. most of the time TV shows as off-line or unavailable within the app. Not to mention I do not want to be going in the app that is the whole reason for voice recognition to the echo device.
