[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed with the product & online help. The timers are turned off but tv continues to turn on by itself many times a day. Wish the Home Screen came open to live tv automatically. Remote is very sensitive

Great TV but it's tough to figure out how to use it and get it to do everything it's capable of doing. I need a video that demonstrates how to make it work.
