We were looking for a new television because our old one just quit on us. That night went to some research online to look at reviews on what brand was the best. Next day went to three stores to see what was available. We knew what we wanted and we were lucky to find what we have now. We are really happy that we made the right choice.

Purchased as a replacement of competitors product. Somewhat disappointed in the features. The remote control is difficult to operate and is confusing. The startup of this set is slow!!! Picture color is somewhat dull and could be brighter. Price was good.

Love the picture and size of this TV, but don’t like the remote. Is there a remote without the “magic button “?? If so, please advise if I can exchange for a remote without the magic feature.
