I bought this about 3 weeks ago. The picture is fantastic, when the picture appears. My TV viewing is all streaming (YouTube TV, Netflix, etc). For a new model smart TV, it can take up to 5 minutes for the app to load and play. It is not a WiFi issue as I have 1 gig fiber optic. Once it’s loaded and streaming, the picture is awesome.
