[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this about 2 weeks now, not living the menu and layout of home screen. Mouse function is totally uncessary and no option to turn off.

Hi there, thanks for sharing your thoughts on the 86UR8000AUA — we know how important it is for your TV’s interface to feel intuitive and enjoyable.
This model runs on LG’s webOS platform, which offers a customizable home screen and pointer-style navigation with the Magic Remote. If the mouse-like pointer feels unnecessary, here are a few tips to help adjust your experience:
⦁ Switch to button navigation: Simply use the arrow keys on your remote instead of moving the pointer. ⦁ Disable pointer activation: Avoid shaking or moving the remote quickly, which triggers the pointer. ⦁ Customize your home screen: Rearrange or remove apps by pressing and holding the OK button on any app icon. ⦁ Use the Quick Settings menu: Press the gear icon on your remote for faster access to key settings without navigating the full menu.

Picture quality is very, very good. It is a little difficult to manuever around. A little user unfriendly. Overall though, we still like the TV and wouldl buy it again.
I have had this tv for 2 weeks & I am very happy with it. The more I learn how to use the features the more I love it. I know there are higher level tv’s than this but for the price I paid it can’t be beat.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Greatest TV. I have ever owned. Smart TV & Smart Remote. Operates all of my screens like security systems.
I purchased this LG 65 in. TV in order to replace an older LG 55 in. I own which was NOT a smart TV. I called it a dumb TV due to the lack of Web OS. It too worked very well. So far the 65 in. LG 65UR80 has not disappointed. It boots up fairly quickly and I have more Apps than I will ever need. The variety of channels is incredible. The sound is much better than the old one. I may not even need a sound bar but I like the Bass I get during movies or music playing. I switches quickly between medias and the picture quality is outrageous! Keep it up LG!!!

Love it!! Still trying to figure out how to only use one remote. I have 2/3 of it working with the LG remote but I can’t get the channel change to work yet so still have to use my Xfinity remote with it
