Nice TV with an awkward hard to use remote

Bought this TV online on Black Friday 2023. All in all it’s been a very good TV. The picture quality is decent and the colors look nice and bright. The biggest downside is the “magic” remote which is awkward, touchy and a bit of a pain to use. If we had gone in the store and actually seen and tried out this remote, we would have probably chosen a different LG model without this “magic” remote or a different brand.

Just bought it. After turning on TV, it takes a ridiculously long time to start up with WebOS and present the Home Screen. Why? My older LG starts up almost instantly.
