[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this TV for a month. We are enjoying it. The first LG product that we have bought! It will not be our last!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For some of us Gen X clients it takes some time to learn how to use this instrument to their advantage.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry we didn’t buy it sooner. The picture is so clear. There are so many features and things that it can do. We are still learning how to use them. Can’t believe the great price we paid!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still trying to figure out the remote, but great picture.

Hey William! We're so glad to hear you're enjoying the Class UR8000. Here's a quick walk through on navigating the remote: http://spr.ly/6425u9kTB. ^Gaby
Great tv for the price. The main complaint I have is that I turned it as bright as possible, and it still is way to dim when the show is a nighttime scene. Most other tv's I have can see night scenes well, but this TV makes it hard to tell what is happening.

Hey there, we are glad to hear you got the bang for your buck! When it comes to the picture quality for night scenes, we don't recommend turning your brightness all the way up, as this will make the contrast more difficult to see. We suggest turning off any overhead lights and potentially getting a backlight to help the eyes adjust to darker scenes. You may also want to look into your owner's manual and adjust the display mode. We hope this helps! http://spr.ly/6420uqJ8j ~Tegan
I have had for a couple weeks. Don’t like the toggle wheel on the remote or the fact that it never starts on tv mode, you always have to scroll to choose.
