[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife wanted a big screen tv. So finally we got one now she wants to get a bigger for the living room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great unit. Has a really crisp picture bright and the colors are very vibrant. The app bar is a nice featurefor any app you might subscribe to. The remote took a bit of playing around to figure but I am getting the hang of it now. replaced an older 43 inch tv and was well worth the investment. If you have a small living room it's the perfect size at 50 inches. I would recommend this tv to anyone who is thinking about upgrading.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought TV about 3 weeks Im 75 years old and found it very difficult to try and read the instructions. Should have a instruction manual in larger print and plain language. Can only watch channels until I get a manual I can understand "Very disappointed "

I bought this TV 2 weeks ago & so far it’s performing well. The labels at the back are not visible ie power supply outlet & Vesa screws that it took me a few mins to find them. Also the documentation of the remote & assembly guide was poor & hard to follow. There was no user manual on the & hard to find on the LG website. I also find it hard to navigate it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product at a good price. The start-up sequence seems a bit cumbersome. I'd like to get directly to cable box connection/controller rather than scroll through the preprogrammed apps with the LG controller.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old LG TV that needed updating, so I bought this bigger 55" one. The picture quality is fine. But I absolutely hate the way the menu section works, there should be a simpler solution to switch to Roku or a DVD player, The old TV had a simple button to click, now this product with its menu makes this a very unfriendly clicking around need. I also object strongly to the "necessity" of having all the data of my use collected and moved on to who knows who. This should be an option only if one has the wish for that!
