I bought it about three weeks ago and am totally satisfied. I called a representative and she walked me through how to set up my TV system. This is the first smart TV a I own and the representative was very patient with me in setting up the features.
We have been using our new TV for about 3weeks and are really happy with it. Wish we had bought it sooner. The picture quality is amazing. There are so many functions that it offers and maybe we will eventually learn how to access them.

Horrible TV Came with a remote that didn't work,waited four days to get one that worked.
