I don't need all the extra "help" these smart TVs offer. I'm not a genius but I can figure out what to do. The TV drops channels by itself and changes settings with out input from me. Is that AI ? I don't need the help.

Hi there, We appreciate your feedback, This helps us to improve in ways that will make the experience of our valued customers much happier with the comfort of style and convenience you all deserve. However, We're concerned about the hiccup your experiencing with your LG TV. Yes, Part of the issue may just be the technology of the AI driven LG TV. With that said, We would like to explain why your TV may be dropping channels and changing settings all on it's own. Your LG TV will reprogram channels and/or settings when there is a weak signal detected with your programming, or there may be some interference with some of the other external devices that may be on the same network as your LG TV. Should this issue be something that you would like to discuss in more detail, We'd be glad to see what we can do to rectify this in order for your experience to be one that you will be satisfied with. ~Tanisha
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased on 20230621 and pleased with performance so far. Finding a tv stand to accommodate has proven to be difficult.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features. Easy to set-up, quality picture. Don't like the remote: the rolling ball, too many features. Needs an easy set up for quick access to regular
My wife and I installed this in only a short amount of time. The only issue we had was we were reusing a wall bracket from our earlier tv and needed to purchase different mounting screws. Our new LG was much lighter than the old tv and didn't require the larger screws from the old tv.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV keeps reverting to “STORE” mode” which continually shows the Brand and Model number in boxes on the screen. This box moves randomly to different places on the screen which interrupts normal viewing. Also, I called LG at 6:30PM to discuss this unresolved (already called once). Couldn’t understand the Representative so I asked for a supervisor—he hung up on me—probably because one of the questions on the LG survey asked if the rep could be clearly understood. When I called back a different rep told me all supervisors had gone home but he would have one to call me back. Supervisor NEVER called back and problem with TV still exists.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace my old tv. I choose a 50 inch LG smart tv. Connected to the internet since I don’t have cable tv. Getting a large selection of tv programs. Sound and picture are outstanding.
It was easy to setup. In less than 15 minutes I was enjoying my new tv.
