Very disappointed with the product I failed the remote control, and the screen had dead pixels in less than 4 months, I had other TVs of the same brand and this was bad

I bought my tv a month ago and have been waiting to get it repaired. The picture definately is not high definition and the color is off. I would take it back but I spent a lot of money to hang it, also the size 86 inch isn't easy to move by yourself.

Screen blowed out

To improve your picture quality, we suggest going to your picture settings and making adjustments to your liking. Just go to: Settings > All Settings > Picture. Ensure that the picture mode is set to your preference (e.g., Standard, Cinema, Vivid) and adjust the brightness, contrast, and sharpness settings.
We also recommend that your software is up to date, as that can affect the performance as well as the picture quality. Just go to: Settings > All Settings > General > About This TV > Check for Updates.

It's a slug

Entry level TV. Backlight is uneven. It shows in dim scenes. TV cpu is a slug. NOTHING snappy about its performance. If I could get a refund, I would. I'm tired of waiting for the TV to catch up to me!

Slower every day. Inoperable now.
