TV is already broken- under warranty but it's taking way too long to get replaced

Cheaper because do not work, after 4 months of the purchased stop working

Within 2 days, the volume would stop working. Had to change channel to get back the volume. It's not my provider because THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ANY OF MY TVS. In the process of warranty handling, not happy that I have to take to repair shop.

The TV doesn't always connect to the internet when other Roku TVs and devices in the house do not have a problem.
