I had the TV 2 days and the LED panel went out, do not buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First time I had this size of the TV. I love it. My favorite thing is watching my Kentucky Wildcats Men's Basketball Game. This tv has a great sound and picture.

My Element television picture was messing up and then it stopped turning on. I had to call Element customer service and the first time I was able to troubleshoot and turn it on. After a few times it no longer turned back on. I was referred to an electronic store to get the tv fixed but they were unable to help and Element refunded my full balance of the tv. I am very happy with the customer service and how quickly they responded. Thank you so much for your help.
