Excellent apartment machine

We bought this unit for our tenant, replacing a similar machine that went bust after 5 years. I have never heard anyone rave so much about an appliance. The tenant LOVES this machine. It's quiet, it doesn't walk across the floor like the old one, and does a full-sized load. My only concern is how long it will last, given that our tenant may not care for the machine as we would ourselves. Stay tuned...

Outstanding quality appliance

When my stackable washer from another manufacturer broke, I agonized over selecting another washer/dryer. I am so glad that I chose this machine. It is a joy to use and I love the little tune it plays when the wash is done. The clothes are clean and fresh. I am delighted with the machine which by the way I call EDNA.
Edna is a good looking addition to our family!

Wash and Dry Give it a Try!

Excellent Design Style! In fact I love the style so well I decorated my laundry room to match the colors! The buttons have so many options I feel like I'm in the cockpit ready to take off. Clean clothes are extremely important to me because my husband is an executive and I am just starting out in my own business venture. The LG Washer and Dryer combo gives us that just "dry cleaned" look without the dry cleaning prices. This has a number of wash programs we can choose from. The front loader has reduced my need for a chiropractor! The delay wash is perfect for adding extra clothes in at the last minute to make sure I am getting the full capacity. The dryer is quiet to the point where my husband can actually hear the ball game (however that also means he can still hear when I talk), in fact the washer and dryer are so quiet sometimes I forget I put them on! That's why I love the quick wash cycle!

Love it when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great machine when it works. My clothes feel and smell very fresh and clean in comparison to the larger machines down at our club house. The problem with this machine is that it is very high maintenance. I started having problems with it before it was even 3 years old and the service calls to fix any issue are voluminous. So it's a love hate. I just wish it worked reliably. I average a service call and the machine is down every 2 years. This year I needed service twice in 8 months. Also, the low temperature setting no longer works. I have been told by repair man that's not possible but it definitely is.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
