So far we are very pleased with the vacs performance. Hard to believe there is so much versatility with this product. We love the convenience of just grabbing it to any vacuum job that we need accomplished!

Love being untethered!!`

I purchased this a month ago. I have limited space and things are a bit cramped in my bedroom. It's really hard to get a vacuum in there. I bought this vacuum and it's PERFECT! I have a Kirby that works fine but it's hard to maneuver in small spaces. Now that I have this Dyson V8, I use it for my wood floors, kitchen floor, carpets, everything! It's so easy to turn this into a hand vac too for my furniture, ceiling corners, ceiling fans, you name it! I can't wait to use it in my car! It picks up dirt really well and is also really light weight. Love it. Makes vacuuming sooo easy :)

Typical BRILLIANT Dyson engineering. I’ve owned a big Dyson vacuum for 15+ years and it still works like brand new.

Incredible Cleaning Power and Maneuverability

With a young toddler, we have been challenged to lug down our old Hoover downstairs whenever we wanted to vacuum our hardwood floors or rugs which led us to exploring Dyson. After a great deal of research, we've been totally amazed at how much additional debris is picked up with our new V8 Absolute. The V8's suction power, compactness and storage for downstairs, cordless ease of use and reasonable battery life for quick clean ups clearly justifies the price premium.

After using our new Dyson V8 Animal Pro for several weeks, we love it! It is well made, lightweight, came with eight attachments, and the full battery charge has proven to be more than adequate for our needs. We mounted it on the wall in our mud room for convenient, easy access. No more hauling the old vacuum out of the closet, lugging it around the house and constantly stopping to move the cord to a new outlet. Now, we grab the Dyson V8 off the wall and make quick work of the job. No more dread of having to drag out the old vacuum especially for small spot cleanup. The additional tools allow the Dyson to tackle any vacuuming job conveniently, from vacuuming stairs to the car. Finally, no more vacuum bags, just use the red pull to snap open the bottom of the container and drop the debris into the trash. We are very happy with this purchase.
