Battery stopped working after only one year.

I love my Dyson vacuum cleaners. For some reason this 1 yr old cordless vac will not power up even though the battery indicator shows a fully charged battery.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this vacuum and then got one for each of my daughters, then recommended to my sister. We should do a Dyson commercial given we all have dogs and vacuum like crazy! It is lightweight and convenient and a real time-saver. Love it.

Great pick up power

This unit is a great improvement over my original Dyson DC-35 (which still works). Although the battery lasts longer, using the full power mode zthe time is quite shortened. I've had some difficulty opening the bin to throw out trash. You really have to pull hard. But maybe that's because it's new. Regardless, this dyson is great and I wouldn't change it. I have an Old English sheepdog and Persian cats so my carpets and hardwood floor need constant vacuuming. I prefer using this vs a big and bulky vac.

My daughter and son-in-law gave this to me for Christmas last year. I have a very painful back and even though my big Dyson Animal is so much easier to use than other vacuums I used to own, it still hurt my back tremendously. This one is a breeze to use, and not having a cord to deal with is amazing! I love having this to make my life so much easier. Aren't my kids the very best?

Great for Grandma!

I recently brought home a new puppy. My boy tracks in dead grass from the yard so my new Dyson is essential and so very easy to use. Proud to be a Senior with a new puppy and a new Dyson! Living my best life!

After a rocky start with my new purchase, I got great help from a gentleman on its Service team, and wish I had began using this Dyson earlier.. Great on stairs, and easy to store and charge.
