Excellent pick-up, easy to maneuver; keeping the suction on low I am able to clean all floors in my 1870 sq ft home before charging.
The direct drive cleaner head stopped working in less than a year. Unacceptable for the price point. Difficult to clean; getting into the cup is the main problem, consequently, the smell is always there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought it and have been using it since it became fully charged! Did the WHOLE 1600sqft house in one charge! Love is Worth Every Penny

I am impressed with this product. Very strong, practical and easy to use and clean. Downside for me only the battery duration but 20 min is enough for most of the use I make of it...

Best Dyson vacuum yet

This is our 3rd Dyson stick vacuum and I notice several big improvements. It has more power, the battery lasts longer, it's easier to dump the waste and there are several new attachments. I love it and it's worth every penny.

Easy and Simplisitc

I was skeptical about spending so much on a vacuum cleaner. However, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. It cleans exceptionally well. Easy storage with the wall mount. We have it in our utility room and it stays out of sight until needed. The battery last just long enough ON THE MAX POWER SETTING to clean our entire apartment of 1100 square feet.
We are very happy with our purchase.
