I Have never been disappointed with a Dyson product. The V-8 Absolute is no different. It's easy to use. Great power for a cordless vacuum!!

I bought this 3 weeks ago and it's so simple and effortless to use. This keeps the house super clean because it's so light and goes anywhere in the house.
Nice suction and NO cords!

I am very impressed by this vacuum. I hope it last a long long time. It is easy to use, powerful motor, and picks up cat hair like no other cordless I have used. Very well engineered.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to try another cordless Dyson my old one worked good for a while then I have had it in for repair and it still loses suction all the time. My husband told me to try again so I got the dyson 8 pet one and I am glad I did. Had it for a while now and works great on all the dog hair and even gets all the hair out of the carpet. I like the new way it empties , the old one I would have to get the knife and pull out all the dog hair from the chamber.

Cannot Live Without It!

We have had a Dyson V8 for 3 years now - same vacuum. We have bought them for our children as gifts. The V8 is an appliance I will NOT do without. If it stopped working tomorrow, I would have a new one on order. We watch our grandkids (2 & 4) one day a week and we have a cat. This vacuum is so convenient and picks up food crumbs, play-doh, cat hair, cookie sprinkles, ornament & card glitter, dirt, grass - whatever you dish out, this vacuum can take. We use it on tile and carpet. Most of the time, we do not need to run the vacuum on max power, so I have never run out of battery power. The V8 is easy to use in hard-to-reach places - steps, behind the toilet, under the beds. It's light enough to carry up and down steps to clean on multiple floors. It is also very easy to clean & maintain (which we do about once a year). I truly LOVE this vacuum!
