Excellent Vacuum!

We use this vacuum at work and it tackles a warehouse office environment with a vengeance! It picks up all the little warehouse dust and grime from our welcome mat without batting an eye. We are close to a freeway so we have a boat load of freeway grime as well and this vacuum picks it up like it's no big deal! Love this vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the V8 Absolute after searching around for a few weeks. My fiancé thought I was crazy to spend so much money on just a vacuum cleaner. My main reason for getting it is because we have a Maine Coon Cat and his hair is always all over the place from the hard wood floors to the carpet. After the first use she was convinced that it was the best thing ever built. The carpets looked like new again. She was so excited she couldn't wait to do more but the battery died. That was the funny part. She kept going back to see if it was charged enough to start again. Thanks Dyson for a good product to make my girl excited about cleaning up.

Best thing I never thought I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fiancé has been trying to convince me for years that we needed this Dyson stick. We have a Dyson vacuum that I absolutely LOVE and it does so much already that I didn’t think the stick would make a difference... but I was wrong!
This guy was a housewarming gift that has been an absolute lifesaver. I can clean blinds, tight spots, and do quick cleanups with so much ease. We have a lab that sheds like no other and I have found managing the hair far easier than before. Another plus side is that my fiancé actually enjoys using it and does a daily sweep around the house!
100% would recommend for any household!

One of my smartest buys

I am a self proclaimed vacuum expert since I vacuum every day. I have owned several upright and canister brands including Oreck and Miele. They did a good job but I was looking for something that made this daily task a bit easier. I purchased this over five years ago and it works great and so easy to use. Last year I replaced the roller and this year replaced the battery and it works like new. Dyson customer support is terrific.

I love this thing. I feel high tech when I use it. It looks hi-tech. It feels hi-tech. Plus, it cleans everything up off the floor. I would have liked a longer battery but I'm still able to get everything done before it runs out. I guess that's the trade-off for a really strong vacuum. Cleans everything on the floors at my office. Great job Dyson.

I own of the first generation Dyson animal vacuums. I have used it for approximately 13 years. I used the Dyson V8 absolute at a friends and it was amazing so i ordered one. It works great.

Super convenient

Best mother's day present ever!! I love this little guy! My only complaints are- the head of the hard floor attachment is a little squirrley - it likes to move around without you really telling it to. The other thing is that you have to keep the button held down through the vacuuming. I mean - your hand is going to be there anyway, but I feel it would be more comfortable if the button clicked on and you could then hold it with less tension.
However - still amazing and I love it!

Great vacuum

We bought this vacuum a month and absolutely love it, very light weight which is what I love most about it!! Battery last plenty long for our use 2200 sq foot house, mostly Vinyl plank flooring.
