I love this vacuum so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used other vacuums in the past but this one by far is the best one I've had. It sucks everything up. I don't have to bend down and scrap the stuff lose to get the vacuum to suck it up. The handle is a bit heavy after a while of using it, but it's worth it I think.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that we really like the New Dyson V8 Motorhead Origin with some reservations. It is definitely powerful enough that we have stopped using our old H)&(*ver. It is easy to use on all surfaces and seems to perform equally well on them all with most types of dirt. It has a little trouble with fine sand or salt on hard floors, but eventually gets them. I also love the filter system. It is easy to change and clean...all cordless vacuums should use this method. The bin is pretty easy to empty..though it requires more effort than some of the members of my family can provide.
The biggest downside to this Dyson is that, at max power (which is where you would always want to use it) the thing kills the battery in about 9 minutes or so. That is not enough to do much work. This is further exacerbated by the fact that this machine does not have swap-able batteries...so you either have to settle with about 28 minutes of medium power that will not clean all the dirt up, or only be able to use this as a spot vacuum for small areas. Somewhat disappointed that there does not seem to be any resolve for the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why did I wait so long to get a cordless vacuum, a Dyson to be more specific. This vacuum beats any other vacuum I’ve owned so far. And I had and have quite a few. First thing I did was charged it. It fully charged in less than 5 hours. All you need to do is connect the tube and suction part and you’re ready to do. I was amazed by the power suction this vacuum has. It’s light and so convenient and easy to use. Before I knew it I was vacuuming the whole house. It works great on all floor surfaces. We have carpet in the bedrooms, hard floors and stone floor throughout the rest of the house. This vacuum is worth every penny. You’ll love it too, I promise !

And, the lasting charge it has for each use is long lasting for me to vacuum my entire carpet. It come with power heads to fit all floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the moment I turned this vacuum on I was amazed at how much dirt was pulled up from my carpets. The max suction is really powerful and will get dirt that other vacuums were not able to get. Using the max suction definitely runs the battery down faster, but it charges pretty quickly to be able to use again. For the lower suction I use it on my hardwood floors and it works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dyson V8 Motorhead Orgin is such a nice vacuum. My fiancé and I recently had a eureka vacuum that died on us so the Dyson came at perfect timing. We have two toddlers at home that are always leaving messes everywhere, it was always difficult to pull out the vacuum we had because it was heavy and had to be plugged in. With the Dyson vacuum all you have to do is take it off of the charger and it’s ready to be used. It is light weight which is a wonderful feature and also cordless. The Dyson is easy to move around and has an amazing suction! My favorite part about this vacuum was being able to take it out to my car with out having to plug it in and I could get all the mess off the floors that my kids made with crumbs all over the place, and it cleaned the floors and seats spotless. The only thing negative I can say about this vacuum is the charge doesn’t last long. Other than that this is an amazing vacuum and I would definitely recommend this product to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice vacuum. It is very easy to assemble. You will need to charge it when you get it. On a total charge I am able to vacuum for about 15 to 20 minutes. I was able to vacuum four rooms and part of another before it shut down. I then had to hang it on the charger again. It cleans up small debris and dust bunnies great but it wasn't able to pick up a little cheesy fish cracker that one of the kids dropped. I had to kind of drop the vacuum head onto the cracker to smash it before it would pick it up. The dust cup is super easy to clean out. I just have to pull up on the lever and the bottom of the cup opens and the debris falls out. The whole vacuum is nice and light weight. I have mostly hardwood flooring so it worked great on those. I had a little trouble when I tried to vacuum a 5' X 7" area carpet I have. It has so much suction power that it was really hard to push across the carpet. All in All this is a nice vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my new Dyson V8 motorhead origin. It is very light weight. I replaced my old stick vacuum with this one and it is so much lighter and compact. It is easier to carry around and getting the floors done take much less time. The suction on it is great as well. It's hard to believe that as small and light as this is that it would work as well as it does. But it really gets the job done well and fast.
When I first used it I was surprised just how much dirt it picked up. You would think I hadnt vacuumed in years. I had to dump the dirt container several times just during that first cleaning. It charges fairly quickly and runs about thirty minutes or so on that one charge. The attachment that comes with it makes it usable for other areas such as stairs, small corners or nooks. Detaching the stick part of it is easily done so you can use it as a handheld for cleaning your car. It even picks up cat litter and pet hair! This little vacuum is a powerhorse!
