I'm so happy with this vacuum!! I used one at a friends just for a light vacuum of crumbs and decided to purchase one for myself. I had no idea how much I would love this machine!!! It is powerful, convenient, easy to clean, fun and does a great job on my wood floors, carpet and area rugs. I use it everyday!!! Simple Awesome!!!

great for quick vacuuming

works great for quick vacuuming. Battery could last longer but I can do a quick vacuum of the whole house on low setting and use my corded dyson once a week for fine cleaning.

Great vacuum but breaks easy

I’ve had this vacuum for a little over a year and the tube that connects the tools is already broken. It works great as a vacuum but I would expect it to last longer for the amount I paid for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Breathe Clean Again!

I recently found out that I have COPD and multiple allergies. It is required that I clean frequently and the V8 animal is a life saver. It is so much lighter and easier to use on the stairs cutting cleaning time in half. Also much easier to clean the filter. Great little hand held :)

Great if you don't have large hands

I bought the V8 animal when adopting my husky.
It works phenomenally well and I loved it EXCEPT the handle portion is too narrow/short to fit my hand well and my thumb joint got sore after about 3 minutes of cleaning.
Other than this, it's a great product, just not the one for me.

Works well on hard wood and tile but....

Received this as a Christmas gift and was so excited to use because we have a large golden retriever that sheds a lot. Works well on hard wood and tile but the rotating bar in the vacuum head stops spinning as soon as I hit carpet. Not good, considering this is called the "Animal". For the price, it should pick up dog hair on carpet! Otherwise, easy and convenient to use.

Great vacuum!

My husband bought this for me for Christmas. So far it's been great! Easy to use, much more quiet than a corded vacuum. Would definitely recommend. I just wish there was somewhere to keep all the attachments together, but that's not a big issue. Great product!
