I've been wanting a Dyson cord free vacuum but thought it was too pricey. I couldn't have been more wrong! This vacuum is awesome! It is so convenient and my floors and carpet have never been cleaner! I highly recommend this product!

I received my Dyson for Christmas and I love it. It’s perfect for using at our camper and at home. Love the cordless idea! I am so very happy with this gift. I recommend it to everyone!

After already owing the ball machine and not being very happy with it, I was dubious about getting another Dyson......Not any more this machine is absolutely fabulous it's the best thing since sliced bread!!! Works like a dream, great suction. I can't say enough about this machine!! Thanks Dyson for creating a great product!

The power on this vacuum is unmatched by anything I’ve ever owned. I have a cat that sheds a lot, and this vacuum picks up EVERYTHING. Amazing!

Powerful and long lasting battery

This is a well designed, powerful cordless vaccum. When it arrived the power head was extremely noisy like it was not balanced properly. I called customer service and they are sending me another power head, but it is out of stock so I am still waiting. If the new one is quieter then I would rate higher.

While I'm not certain from your review if the issue was with the direct drive head, or fluffy soft roller head, we would not expect there to be any issues like this with a brand new machine.

Best cordless vacuum I've ever had. Lightweight, strong suction, great tools, holds a charge for a long time, and easy to empty! I have one for home and office!

I am so impressed with this machine. It picked up dog hair that my old one left behind. So glad I got this plus it's so lightweight I now vacuum my walls!
