WORTH EVERY PENNY

I have owned the Dyson V6 and decided to upgrade to this V8 model and I must say its a lot more powerful. Major upgrade! it makes vaccuming so much more fun. The suction power and attachments make cleaning my 1,300 sq ft home so quick and easy, especially all the fur from my pet. I am amazed how you can see the micro particles of dust thats been collecting in the V8.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have tiles throughout my apartment. V11 was too heavy and loud so v8 model works much better for me.

Has great suction. Works good on hard wood floors. Two problems run time is to short when you have on high. And on carpets you have to put it on low . I would buy again .

easy to use and empty

I am really enjoying my new vacuum, it is easy to move and easier to reach hard areas. My husband is even using it and I think that is because how easy it is to use, not like having to pull a canister vacuum or one that is heavy and cumbersome to move from room to room with a cord

Won’t last long enough to finish the job

I love the vacuum when it works , the problem is that on a full charge with high suction, it only last about 10-15 minutes and then it’s dead. Very disappointing for the price. This is our 3rd Dyson, the first 2 were amazing. I wish this one had a cord so i could vacuum as long as I want to. We had high hopes but for the price we paid it has been extremely disappointing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Bobby, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're glad to hear that for the most part, you've been satisfied with your Dyson V8. With regard to the run time, Dyson V8 vacuums have a run time of up to 40 minutes, when used in standard power mode. In MAX power, run time will be shorter due to the added boost of suction power. You should find that suction in standard power mode is sufficient for most tasks, while MAX is better suited for tough cleaning jobs. MAX mode will give a boost of suction, with about 7 minutes of run time. When using a motorized attachment or tool, run time will be up to 30 minutes when using regular suction mode.
