Amazing!

The cleaning strength of this little jewel is comparable to my built-in central vacuum - and so much easier to use! My floors are not only clean, they look like they have been polished! I will be able to use this for deep cleaning rather than just quick pick-up.

Dyson V8 cordless vacuum

Product once fully charges, only last 15 minutes, Not a reliable cordless vacuum, although it’s powerful, still, time is useless in cleaning a room. Not at all satisfied with the price paid. Also, it does not come with a cord as an option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Rose, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you've found the V8 Absolute cord-free vacuum to be unreliable in your use. We can confirm that none of our cordless machines come with a cord long enough to use, while charging. Further, the machines are designed to not run while charging as well. Your vacuum will come with standard and Max power modes. Our cordless models also have a run-time enhancing light touch trigger which ensures battery power is only used when the trigger is pushed. In Max power run time will be up to 7 minutes, and in standard power, you can expect run times of up to 30-40 minutes depending on which tool or attachments you are using. Having a shorter run time does sound unusual, and we'd value the opportunity to go over your machine with you. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at askdysonus@dyson.com. Overall pleased with the ease of use and the suction strength. We have a small but old farmhouse so I vacuum everyday and it's amazing how much collects in the bin. I do wish you didn't have to keep the button depressed while using but I am still very satisfied.

I bought one for myself a few years ago, loved it so much I bought another one for our vacation home, THEN bought two more for my grown children for the holidays!!! Now that's loving a vacuum cleaner!

Got it to keep my hall, entrance, and kitchen clean. Does a super job. No cord is awesome! Lightweight and cleans really well!! So glad I took the plunge and got it!!
