Only had a couple days, but the soft brush is great & easy to use on my new luxe vinyl floor. Used hand held for cleaning up dog hair on couch & in car. Easy, lightweight and powerful.
Suggestions for improvement: 1) On/off switch rather than having to hold on button. 2) Extra battery 3) have another level of suction between low and max

This machine is awesome. Cleaned 3 bedrooms, stairs and living area with the V8 and had to empty the canister 10 times.

I love this vacuum. It was easy to set up and is exactly what I was looking for. The easy changing of tools is perfect for pet owners. Definitely recommend!

Ideal machine for multi-story townhomes!

I live in a 3-story townhome with lots of stairs and hardwood floors. I bought this to replace a standard, heavy Dyson I purchased years ago at a yard sale that I just struggled to get up and down stairs and vacuum the stairs themselves with. This machine is beyond ideal. It's lightweight with excellent suction power. I mostly use the hard floor head and it reliably picks up every bit of dust on hard floors as well as area rugs. I'm able to get my whole place clean on a single charge. Makes me want to vacuum frequently and keep tidy as I'm not lugging and plugging in a heavy vacuum any longer!

I recently bought this Dyson this is my second one the only reason why I had to buy it is because the daughter took the first one with her to college. We rescued a dog with white hair and this vacuum is a life saver! No regrets with any Dyson product I also have a few of their hair products and I love them as well! I highly recommend this vacuum it’s worth every penny!
