[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super happy that the product has done exactly as promised! I am overall extremely pleased with the features, additional equipment it came with and the overall job it’s done vs my previous vacuum. It has blown my mind how much my old vacuum was lacking in suction and how much I wasn’t picking up. Although I do think it takes a little bit too long to charge vs the time I get to use the vacuum, its completely tolerable as I just make sure it is charged and ready to roll when needed!

Makes My Life So Much Easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not used the V8 that much yet, but so far it's been great on carpets and tile floors -- and I am loving the suction capability, the no cord aspect, and portability. I can't speak to the length of battery time as I haven't tried to do any extended cleaning at one time.

I bought this to use on a daily basis, instead of having to drag out my bigger vacuum. I haven't even used my big vacuum since receiving the Dyson V8 Absolute. It has more power and picks up debris a lot better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone.

Love my Dyson

I bought this a couple of weeks ago to use in a vacation home to encourage everyone to tidy up after meals and projects. It’s so easy to use—lightweight and good suction. The handheld is awesome for quick pickups. I did all the baseboards throughout the house today, and it was so easy using the long attachment and brush attachment. Very versatile. I might get a Dyson to replace my 20 year old Electrolux at home.

You see claims about products all the time. Dyson doesn't over state the performance of their vacuum. They let the customer discover the performance. The V8 is simply amazing. Battery life is better than I expected. The first trip over my carpet was embarrassing when I looked at the barrel. The attachments are great; example, dust collected on the furnace air returns was a simple task with the brush attached. Expensive, yes very, satisfied, yes very!!
