We bought this vacuum 2 weeks ago and it is def the best vaccum we've ever had! Lightweight, convenient and very powerful. We have pets and their hair is no match for the V8 Animal, hair doesn't wrap around the brush like other vacuums. Spot cleaning is a breeze, the unit is always charged and ready to go. We chose the Animal because of all of the attachments, the soft roller does a great job on the tile floors! We wish that we would have bought one years ago. It is quiet and runs long enough to clean our 1800 sq ft. home with time to spare. Yes I have already recommended it to our friends.

I have used the Dyson for a few months. I am very happy with the performance. I now use it exclusively for all my vacuuming tasks. It is great to use a product that I can tell is well engineered.

I love dyson vacuums I’ve had them all but this time I ordered it I didn’t get but a couple of attachments and I should have got quit a few.

Dyson V 8 works great. It is amazing how easy it is to use and what a terrific job it does on hardwood floors, tile floors , laminate floors as well as carpet. It is unbelievable how that cordless vacuum can clean carpet as well as it does. Easy to dump dirt out of canister. However it is pricey !!!6

This battery powered Dyson is is as strong as most corded vacuum cleaners. I use it on hardwood and there is an attachment for rugs/carpet. There is enough power to do whole house and it picks up great even on the rugs.

I have a built in vacuum system in my house. its always a project to drag out the hoses. i now just use my V8 for pretty much all vacuum needs. easy, simple to use, holds a long charge. most of my house is wood floors.
