I use this vacuum nearly every day. Lightweight, easy to use and I can vacuum my whole house on one charge.

Mine came with only one itty-bitty mini booklet with line drawings how to assemble it. I couldn’t figure it out and had to wait on hold for an hour to get help, then got disconnected (probably my fault). Finally, I out how to charge it, and my my housecleaner figured out how to connect the parts. . There is no instruction book! I’m getting all of these online tips from Dyson via email about how often to clean the filter, this and that. Why is there no instruction book? Dear Dyson, would you please mail me an instruction book? However, the vacuum itself rocks. Incredible suction. And I love love the cordless feature: I’m ancient, and hauling that huge vacuum beast out of the closet was…well, let’s just say that I hired a housecleaner! With the lightweight, cordless Dyson I will be able to keep up with everything. Mine is actually an “Animal” cordless - I couldn’t find the proper review spot, and I’m looking forward to keeping my kitty condos vacuumed with the animal attachment. And I do love that mine came with so many different attachments.

Chose this model since I have hardwood and carpet surfaces. Perfect product makes vacuuming a fun thing to do. Best priced V8. Cannot be happier with it.

Works good on high power, not as powerful as my v7 animal. Did come with a lot of attachments but i am disappointed with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
