I bought this a month ago and so far pretty happy, only negative is the side piece on the floor attachment has pulled away a couple of times.
it is easy to you and very powerful.

Four of five stars only because battery last only around 30 minutes at full power and takes several hours to recharge. Function and attachments are great!

I bought this a month and I love it. Picks up dog hair and kitty litter from where the cat kicks it out fantastically.

So far I love my new (first) Dyson vacuum. The ease of use is excellent. The pieces snap together and apart quickly with no struggle (unlike my old shark stick). The emptying mechanism is awesome. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because you have to hold the trigger down the whole time you’re using it. I am a 34 y. o. and it hurts my hand (given I think I may be developing arthritis, but still). If steady on was an option this would be the perfect vacuum.

Best pf the Best!

Friends have recommended that I get this vacuum for months since I got a long haired German Shepherd who sheds like no other ! I procrastinated a bot before my purchase - what was I thinking! I never should have waited as this vacuum is the best ever. As a senior, I have had my share of high end vacuums over the years and this is by far the easiest & most convenient. The easy on/off charging station is perfect, as is the variety of tools !
