[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this v-8 for my Birthday, I like it, was a little disappointed that the battery runs out before I'm done. Also did not receive many attachments, just one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely love the Absolute V8

I cannot quit using my new machine. I have found myself looking for things to clean. I have a full size Dyson and this one, and am just as pleased with the handheld as I am my full size - have used to get up sand in the car, dog food, dog hair, dryer lint, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Battery doesn’t last long at all

Hello Lacey, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're glad to hear how happy you are with the suction that your Dyson V8 Absolute provides. Your machine offers two modes of suction, to pick up any size mess in your home. Right out of the box, the machine will be set on to MAX mode, which provides a generous boost of suction making it ideal for larger debris or more stubborn messes. For your everyday vacuuming, regular suction works well. In this mode, run times will be about 30-40 minutes, depending on if you're using the motorized tools.

I LOVE MY DYSON S

This is my third DYSON. I live in a large split level. I had my oldest one upstairs in my bedroom suite. The second was used in my kitchen, living room areas.
When the first one got tired, I could have replaced the battery but. I wanted another!
Also have a DYSON fan! Love it as well!
Keep on coming….DYSON! Great stuff…. Make more affordable if u can…I’m a senior!

Versatile to the Max

I use it 5 days a week for over 2 years. At my age weight is a factor and this vac gets to
all the nooks and crannies, high and low with ease.
Would buy again and again and again!!!
