Discharged quickly

I bought my first Dyson a month ago. Until this week end i enjoyed using this equipment. Usually i use it once a week. I keep it connected to the electric outlet. This past Saturday the vacuum discharged very quickly and i could not finish my job. Great disappointment. Did i do anything wrong? Please advise.

Great Product!

Its lightweight design and ease of connecting the various attachments are my favorite features. It does a great job picking up everything from large dirt junks on the hard wood, to pollen in the carpet, and even spiders on the wall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for quick clean ups

I like to do quick clean ups between deep cleans and this vacuum is perfect. I’m not crazy about the look of it.. it’s not very understated or minimal, but it does the job. It’s been about 2 weeks and I use it multiple times a day and so far so good! It’s important to mount it to the wall for efficiency (it would probably drive me nuts if it wasn’t). Good suction.. does well on hardwood, tile, low profile rugs.. so so on carpet, but I don’t really use it for carpet. I wish it had a little bit longer battery life, but it isn’t totally necessary. Great vacuum.

I used to have allergies when cleaning my house, with this vacuum, it ended. My husband and I say that it is one of the best things I have ever bought

best vacuum i've ever had. i was concerned about using the trigger mechanism because of arthritis in my hands. There was no problem at all, i simply switch hands when one gets tired. it does an unbelievable job on both wood floors and carpeting. Love the ease of changing brushes and emptying dirt container

Charge time is ridiculous.

I really like the way the vacuum functions, but I can’t vacuum my entire condo on one charge. Then it literally takes several hours to fully charge again and I get only another 20 mins of use. not practical for an everyday cleaner. For the money it costs you should be able to have more than 20 mins of vacuum time.
